Construction Project Executive

Candy & Candy Inc., Development Managers for the soon to be built 9900 Wilshire project at the gateway to Beverly Hills have an immediate opening for a Construction Project Executive that possesses extensive knowledge in the field of vertical construction Fit-out and Finishes. The primary responsibility is for the direct oversight of the ultra luxury finishes and the stringent quality requirements of this notable residential project from inception to reality.  Ideally, you will have extensive finish trade and project management experience. As a key position of the Owners Representative team, you will work alongside the Core and Shell Project Executive and report directly to the Project Director.  We seek a self motivated team player who is passionate about construction, detail oriented, and forward thinking.
