TEMPLETON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Construction Project Superintendent

A Las Vegas, Nevada based developer/contractor is seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses energy and leadership skills to fill our current opening for field based Construction Project Superintendent. This challenging role involves extensive experience in large multi-family, office and retail projects. Work with a fast track schedule, direct sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers on all levels. Must be detail orientated. Familiar with job specs from start to finish, and a problem solver proficient with progress and review reports.Computer software knowledge. 5 – 10 years Multi family construction experience required. Willing to travel.
