Construction Project Supervisor

Real Estate Management Company based in Brooklyn New York has an opening for a Construction Project Supervisor.  Ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Structural Engineering and or five (5) years of Supervision of Construction Projects.  Candidate will meet engineering construction operational standards by contributing engineering construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-services standards; resolving problems; identifying engineering constructions systems improvements. 

Ideal candidate must be experienced with Local Law 11 repairs, balcony, waterproofing, roofing, cavity wall, brick and pre-cast panel maintenance and repairs.  The right candidate will also be familiar with structural steel repairs in sidewalk vaults and in high-rise buildings.  The ability to multi-task and work in a fast past environment is required.  Comprehensive benefits packages available, Salary commensurate with experience.  Please email your resume to RRobertson@grcrealty.com .
