Construction/Restoration Sales--Join the restoration industry's leader--$60K - $100K +

Giertsen Company, (www.giertsenco.com) located in Milwaukee, WI is the Midwest leader in restoration and construction of residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water and wind.  We seek a Construction/Restoration sales person to join our team.  This fast paced sales position offers top financial rewards for a motivated candidate while representing an ethical and trusted industry leader.  An ideal candidate is a self starter with experience & contacts in the insurance, construction, property owner industries. 

 

Job Duties:

- Establish relationships with insurance companies, agents, home and building owners

- Closes sales leads.  Completes project take-off and detailed estimates

- Negotiates pricing with insurance vendor

- Act as liaison between insurance company, property owner and project team

- Obtains payment from insurance or mortgage vendor.  Assists during project with invoice reviews for accuracy

 

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years experience and thorough knowledge of construction industry

-Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

-Strong attention to detail

-Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word & Xactware
