Construction Sales Representative

WICR has been a leader in the Waterproofing and Decking Industry for over 25 years in the Southern California Area.  We are expanding our sales team and are seeking energenic and enthusiastic sales candidates who have experience in the construction, maintenance or coatings industries. 

 

We are looking for candidates who have experience in the construction,  maintenance, or coatings industries and have the attitude for sales and/or a candidate who has experience in sales with an aptitude for learning the Waterproofing and Deck Coating trade.

 

This is a challenging and rewarding position with a successful and growing business.  Bonus on Sales are available in addition to the base pay.   

 

 

Job Purpose:

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

Duties:

* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts and opportunities.

* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; preparing an estimate and understanding customer requirements.

* Closes sales by building rapport with potential customers; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; and following up on future projects.

 

* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
