About the Position:
We are searching for an experienced Construction Sales and Estimating Manager to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction estimating and construction sales. Ideally, the candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the industry, but those with less experience are encouraged to apply.

Duties & responsibilities include:

1. Sales and Bidding
a. Must have experience with big-box retail, in-line retail, office, medical office and industrial construction.
b. Must have bidding and construction management experience with major retailers, industrial, and medical service providers.
c. Should be proficient with bidding software.
d. Should have extensive list of contacts with subs in all the major trades.
e. Should be able to read plans and do takeoffs quickly and accurately.
f. Should be able to interface with clients (both owners and users), to obtain jobs.
g. Should be proficient at preparing and negotiating contracts.
h. Should be state storm water certified and knowledgeable of storm water permitting requirements of the major counties in the metro Denver area.

2. Supervision of On-site Construction Manager.
a. Will be responsible for project permitting.
b. Will have responsibility of managing on-site construction managers and overall responsibility for successful completion of projects.
c. Should be proficient in job site safety and OSHA regulations.
d. Should be proficient in scheduling, scheduling software and managing a schedule.
e. Should be proficient in managing people and subs.
f. Should excel at operating in an independent environment.
g. Should be capable of interfacing with administrative and accounting personnel.
h. Manage and control the overall budget.
i. Will be responsible for bringing jobs in on time and on budget.
 
Location:
This position is based in Littleton, CO.
