Construction Superintendent, Multi-Family Rehab

Houston based General Contractor needs an experienced multi-family repair/renovation superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of multi-family renovation experience.  Candidate must possess the following attributes:

 

1.  Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and construction schedules.

2.  Lead pre-construction meetings.

3.  Exercise primary control of $1mm projects with or without A&E plans.

4.  Inspect worksites and supervise subcontractors and vendors.

5.  Ensure that jobs are completed as designed, on schedule and on budget.

6.  Delegate effectively and accomplish complex, difficult tasks through others.

7.  Possess a thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction practices.

8.  Maintain very good customer relationships.


9. Typical projects include exterior renovations and fire/flood repairs.
 

Some travel may be required. Knowledge of insurance repair work and bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
