SUPERINTENDENT-PROJECT MANAGER

 

Unique opportunity to join a highly successful custom renovation & custom home business.  The company seeks a strategic thinker with visionary planning to become a principal through sweat equity.

 

Qualified candidates must have a degree in Construction Management or related field.  Must be detail oriented and possess a pleasant, but strong personality.  Must be highly organized, present strong management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Timberline Estimating.

 

Responsibilities include management and coordination of multi-million dollar custom renovations & custom homes.  Also responsible for permitting, inspections, estimating, job costing, subcontractor scheduling & management, material selection, quality control, final punch list and warranty items, as well as maintaining the project schedule and budget.  This position will work closely with the Owner of the Company and must be able to follow directives in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Compensation package includes salary, discretionary performance-based bonuses, company vehicle, company mobile telephone and laptop computer, and health & dental benefits.  This position also provides ownership opportunity in the company through sweat equity.
