As we continue to be successful, we continue to grow.  We have this new opportunity as a Contruction Supervisor in our headquarters office in downtown Los Angeles.

We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who can manage the construction projects for renovations to our commercial buildings.  This position is office based; however, the Construction Supervisor must be hands on and willing to travel to all existing building sites in Southern California.Professional presentation and excellent service orientation is a must.Must be able to read floor plans and execute the construction projects.Must be able to estimate costs based on construction plans.Must be able to negotiate costs with vendors and subcontractors.Will be responsible for the supervision of on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
