Leading regional Commercial Contracting firm is seeking a Contract Administrator/ Estimator in the Tampa Bay area.  Company is currentlyrecognized as the 10th best place to work in Tampa Bay by the localBusiness Journal. Position requires a minimum of 3 yrs commercialestimating and field experience, extensive computer skills, the abilityto solicit and scope subcontractors, put together bids ranging from 1Mto 30M, full understanding of all divisions, and the ability to workin a true team environment.  Candidate will possess experience withhard bidding, CM budgeting, GMP preparation for ground up retail, powercenters, grocers, Offices, Churches, Schools, and institutionalwork.BCN degree a plus.Title and salary is commensurate withexperience, excellent benefits, profit sharing, and bonuses areprovided.
