Corporate Opreations Manager - RV Resorts

RV RESORT – CORPORATE OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

Traveling in a new motor home (provided) this key corporate leader will travel to our client’s 50+ RV Resorts scattered throughout the entire eastern half of the US. Their job will be to conduct inspections, do training and oversee projects to ensure that the company’s strong reputation for quality, safety, beauty and guest satisfaction is consistently upheld.

 

Based out of New York, the person we select will travel about 90% of the time during the warmer months.

 

Required is;

-  a solid work history

-  the physical ability to lead/assist with manual labor when necessary

-  the ability to do inspections of construction, electrical, plumbing, site prep, etc.

-  experience training others in corporate processes and procedures

-  knows how to maintain an excellent customer service attitude in all employees

-  experience in project management of capital projects, etc.

-  proven ability to multitask

-  pleasant outgoing personality

-  great people-skills with both employees and guests

-  proven ability to see both the big picture as well as minute details

 

This challenging, fast paced position will have a base salary of $40-$60k along with outstanding big-company benefits.
