This position will be processing craft payroll for 200-250 craft employees. HR, Union, Davis Bacon, Certified Payroll, and Prevailing wage experience is a MUST . This position requires strong computer skills particularly with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel. Candidates must possess good communication and organizational skills. KEY DUTIES:Manage dispatching of New hires from the local union halls Coordinate all aspects of New Hire set up from HR, Payroll, Drug Testing, etc. Input Daily Craft time and equipment data.Interact with regional HR  and Project Personnel in coordinating all aspects of the Payroll process. Reconcile employee timesheets and pay checks to postings in project accountingProcess  all monthly payroll and union reporting requirements. Process court orders for support, levies, garnishments Provide Accounts Payable and procurement support to project team.Should be able to work independently and responsibly.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in similiar role. Processing Craft Payroll and Union experience is REQUIRED.
