Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher

Dispatcher - Evening Shift

 

We are a large service company located in the southside of Jacksonville.  We have service trucks on the road 24 hours per day and are need of a customer service representative/dispatcher to work the evening shift.  Job responsibilities would include receiving incoming client phone calls, properly routing those calls, entering service tickets, dispatching service tickets to service technicians, and making follow up customer service calls.

 

Hours would be from 3:30p to 9p daily, from Monday to Friday.  Saturday work is available.

 

This is a part-time (< 40 hours per week) position.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent telephone skills

Basic computer literacy

Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

Must be able to multi-task

Strong data-entry skills
