Location

Spa Services – Strongsville, Ohio / M – F / 8 am to 5 pm but HOURS WILL VARY BY SEASON; some overtime may be required and some Saturdays seasonally.



 

Reporting To

Spa Service Manager.



 

Job Summary

Provide effective customer service to Litehouse customers in person, on the phone and via electronic media (e-mail).

 

Job Duties - May include the following essential duties; additional duties may be assigned.



 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.  

 Data entry and processingRouting service callsProcess work ordersComplete daily transaction reportsAccounts receivablesAnswering phonesSpeaking with customersVarious other administrative and office duties.Frequent use of Windows based software including Word and Excel and other systemsComplete other duties as assigned and otherwise able to accomplish



Qualifications

 

High School Diploma or GED1-3 years customer service experienceMust possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
