JOB RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:
•Consistently generate high levels of activity with either new or prospective customers at a level of at least 2 face-to-face appointments each day. •The candidate will establish local business contacts within the homebuilder, lender, developer, real estate investment banking firms, cities and redevelopment agencies throughout the region. •Introduce our state-of-the-art application/database and sell to the area’s leading homebuilders, land developers, lenders/investors and building product manufacturers. •Make a priority of maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by generating consistently high levels of customer care calls and trainings to prevent and resolve customer issues. •As a member of our progressive real estate information group you will initiate, develop and maintain relationships with senior level contacts in our target market segments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•A sales professional with five years of proven sales experience and/or extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Existing relationships with builders, lenders and developers is highly desirable. •An aggressive individual with strong initiative and a competitive drive to prospect, develop and close new business. •Excellent PC skills. Fluency in all MS Office including PowerPoint is mandatory and desirable in ACT! •Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, selling and marketing skills. •Passion to learn new technology and join a rapidly growing, highly respected firm. •Experience in developing regional accounts and making sales presentations to CEO's, Executive VP's and SVP's is a plus. •Knowledge of database marketing, direct marketing and the new home marketplace is highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with the new home construction industry, new home builders, financial organizations, and/or building product manufacturers. We are seeking an aggressive, seasoned, and highly professional sales person to increase our presence in the Chicago market.
