Director Business Development

Peri Construction Services, a sixty year old commercial construction company is currently recruiting a Director of Business Development.  The majority of our projects range in scope from $1 to $10 million.  Our marketing focus is the Baltimore/Washington area extending to Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia.  Peri has an excellent reputation for quality and finishing projects on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates will have substantial experience selling to entrepreneurs and senior company executives purchasing construction services.  Candidates must have both comprehensive marketing and sales skills with a focus on the big picture and obtaining strategic results.  This position will require some travel to trade shows and to meet both association and corporate leadership personnel.

We offer an excellent salary with bonus potential.  Our benefits are competitive in the industry.  Both a vehicle allowance and expenses are provided.  Employees making a substantial contribution to the company are eligible for stock options.
