Electrical Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager/Estimator with electrical construction (subcontractor) background.  Would like mixture of both project management and estimating.  Electrical construction for commercial, industrial, high-tech, power distribution and lighting.  Usually $1-5 million + projects, design/build, design/assist, building new facilities.  Need experience with computerized estimating - Accubid and McCormick is a plus.  Also prefer experience with the following:  MS Project, Scheduling software, Excel, Word, & Outlook.  Good fundamental knowledge of NEC rules and regulations a must.

 

This position will also be responsible to coordinate with General Contractors and review projects jobs from an overview basis with regard to the electrical installation as well as assist with questions from the inspectors working on site.  This position will be the electrical expert during construction process to ensure everything is done correctly in regards to the electrical applications.
