Power Design is currently seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our Pre Construction team at our corporate office in St. Petersburg, FL!

JOB SUMMARY
- Answers directly to the Pre-Construction Manager
- Responsible for pre construction phases, from start to completion -- Accu-Bid project set up, voucher take-off, bid document review
- Analyzes specification to determine any deficiencies
- Performs constructability reviews on projects to identify any potential problems and address them in the pre construction phase
- secure quotations for materials
- Work directly with the assigned Project Managers to complete a successful project turn over
- Work with Business Development Department to perform estimates for the bidding process




QUALIFICATIONS
- previous electrical estimating experience required
- detail oriented and organized
- ability to multi task a must
- non smoker
