Electrician Service Tech/Manager

On Time Electric is seeking a Qualified  Service Tech/Manager to Assist our Firm in
its growth.
On Time Electric, has been providing outstanding electrical services for our customers in Houston and now in Austin since 1991.


QUALIFICATIONS:  The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Must possess skill level of Journeyman electrician

· Must have a Texas Journeyman license

· Must have previous supervisor experience

· Must be able to read blue prints and assist with project take offs.

· Must have previous experience setting goals for subordinates

· Has proven leadership, administration and teaching skills.

· Computer competent, knowing software such as DOS, Word and Excel.

· Excellent customer service skills



EXPERIENCE:

· 4-5 years of Journeyman level electrical service
  Previous experience as a Service Manager for an electrical contractor.





DUTIES:

 Line out Techs in MorningSchedule permits with Office staffRun 2-3 calls per dayReview Service Calls of other Techs

Making sure Quality and Price of work is in line with Company GoalsReview Quotes, Material Pricing with StaffFollow up calls with CustomersTrain new techs on policies and proceduresVerify compliance with OSHA and Safety StandardsTake calls and questions from TechsCommunicate with City of Austin and other City Officials on

Permit questions or issues.



 What We Offer:

 

$ 25 - 28 HOUR ( Salary plus Commision )

(OUR AVERAGE TECH EARNS $77000.00 PER YEAR + BENEFITS + TRUCK. )
