Elevator Sales, Technical Sales Representative - Outside residential Construction Sales

ARE YOU A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, GOAL ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH PRIOR CONSTRUCTION AND OR ELEVATOR EXPERIENCE

CAROLINA HOME ELEVATOR is currently seeking Elevator sales representatives for the Wilmington area . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior construction site, and/or elevator sales experience.

Chosen candidates will be extremely organized, self motivated, outgoing individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior Construction site sales experience is a plus though training is available for individuals with prior elevator experience.  



Duties:

* Identify and close on new residential elevator sales opportunities.

* establish new accounts by cultivating relationships with area builders, architects, and designers* advise builders and architects on proper shaft way design and construction

* Take detailed shaft way measurements and relay to management for manufacturing of elevators. (ability to read a tape measure is crucial)

* Keep management informed by submitting activity and results  reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
