Growing Construction Company Seeks Plan Clerk. Position Description is as follows: Purpose

Classifies, stores, retrieves, and updates plan information by performing the tasks & responsibilities below.

 General

Type of Position (FT/PT; Permanent or Temporary): FT/Permanent

 Tasks and Responsibilities Read incoming proposal materials and job drawings, scans and files, after ensuring legibility into e-files. Scans and files specifications as directed by senior staff. Stores material in paper and/or digital formats Searches for and retrieves plan information and materials for qualified personnel upon request. Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedules or legal requirements as directed by supervisor Implements updates and changes to filing systems as/when directed. Maintains integrity of e-file Creates, sends and monitors timely delivery and receipt of packages Other filing duties as directed by Senior Plan Clerk Provides feedback regarding continuous process improvement efforts to meet and exceed company standards

 Education and Experience Required High School Graduate or Equivalent

 Skills Required Familiarity with company communication, office productivity and data/file management tools Excellent organizational skills

 Travel Percentage This position does not require travel This position does not have a telecommuting option

 Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 60 pounds, and be able to sit and stand for long periods of time Must have good vision and hearing
