Executive Assistant

 

Mills Development Group, LLC, (MDG), located in Horsham, PA, is a Senior Housing Development Company responding to the growing need for safe, affordable housing for seniors and others with chronic and post-acute medical conditions who wish to remain in a home-like setting.  MDG provides an economic alternative to premature long-term nursing home confinement.  We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant.

 

This position requires a well-organized, self-motivated individual with good oral & written communication skills & multitasking abilities. The qualified individual will support the President of the company and Management Team as needed.  Individual must possess a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

 

Responsibilities include:Full administrative support to the President and Management TeamScheduling, organizing and coordinating complex activities such as meetings, travel and department activities for President and all members of the Management TeamOrganizing and prioritizing large volumes of information as well as answering routine and non-routine questionsReceiving, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls  Maintaining President's calendar, including planning, arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments Arranging and confirming travel reservations Appropriately handling sensitive, highly confidential materials and matters with discretionPreparing reports, proposals, charts, presentations and a variety of correspondence. Sort and distribute mail, track postage usageAssist other members of staff as requiredOrdering supplies, maintaining paper and electronic files, correspondence, etc.Maintain outlook calendars and contacts

 

 Position Requirements:Experience supporting a senior-level executiveAdvanced computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookExceptional organizational skills including a sharp attention to detail and impeccable follow-through skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to portray a professional demeanor at all times especially while under stress or pressure Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees, executives and guestsAbility to handle a variety of competing and demanding tasks simultaneouslyProfessional demeanor and a 'team player' orientation. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
