We are currently hiring for the following position at our BMHC Administrative Service Center in Boise, Idaho.
FLEET ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
The Fleet Administrative Specialist is the primary administrative contact for company employees who are changing the ownership or location of company vehicles and their related support services. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, teamwork, communication skills, initiative, and customer service.
Responsibilities Include:Handling the Transfers, Sales and related title work for company rolling stock, coordinating the communication to licensing, legal and accounting depts., insurance, safety, accident services, supporting lease partners, and any other parties that support the operations of the equipment.Maintaining accurate inventories of the equipment, titles, and records.Assisting in the administration of the company-provided vehicle program and fuel card programs.Developing and maintaining performance or exception reporting.Other duties and special projects as may be required.
Key Interactions:
This position will have significant and daily interactions with company business units, internal corporate departments, suppliers, and service providers.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills are required in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with database applications, plus telephone and e-mail communication skills. High school diploma required, plus 2 years business experience, preferably in finance, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
