Canal Solutions is a recruiting firm with immediate positions for Fence Installers & Fencing Subcontractors for a company in Olathe, KS. 

 

Fence Installers

This is a full time / permanent position with full benefits for a family oriented company that has been in business over 35 years.

 

Requirements of Position2+ years Construction / Carpentry experienceMust have clean Driving Record & able to pass Drug ScreenAble to meet physical requirements of installing fences dailyAble  to use mathematical calculations involved with installing fencingAble to work independently and multi-taskStrong construction knowledge / experience and the materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures Good Customer Services skills

ResponsibilitiesLoading materials onto truck, driving to site, and unloading materialsAll aspects of fence installation including but not limited to: laying out jobsite, digging post holes, mixing & pouring concrete, cutting materials, and the actual installation of the fenceInteracting with customers to ensure fence is installed to their satisfactionCompleting paperwork associated with fence installation

Pay & BenefitsHealth & Life insurance401k plan w/ 3% matchPay range is $14 – $30 / hour

 

Fencing Subcontractors - Owner Operator Program

This is an opportunity to be groomed by an industry leader in fencing to Own your Own Fence Installation Company.  We are looking for individuals with the following:5+ years Construction / Carpentry experience (highly skilled)Entrepreneur Mindset, Strong Customer Skills, able to Manage PeoplePay is $15-45 / hour
