LeafGuard by Beldon, a national home improvement division of Beldon Enterprise, Inc., and specializing in the Englert LeafGuard rain gutter product, is searching for a top qualified candidate to join our company in the position of General Manager for our new operations in the Colorado and Utah market areas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years Sales Management and General Management experience and be self motivated, enthusiastic and highly skilled in employee and customer relations. Experience in the Home Improvement Industry and direct in-home sales is strongly preferred but not required. This successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a sales force and building sales volume. This is a hands-on management position that has sales, production and administrative responsibility and has tremendous growth potential. We offer a full compensation package, with salary and bonuses paid on the success of the operation and employee health, life, dental, vision and 401k plans.
