Shawmut is seeking a Human Resources Analytics Director to join its People Strategies Team. The purpose of this role is to drive people process excellence across Shawmut. In addition, this position provides reporting and analytics support.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversees process excellence including participating in the development and refinement of people procedures and processes. A primary function of this role is to work with the various PST functional heads to develop and/or continually improve core functional processes so that they are effective, efficient and scalable. This includes conducting process mapping and problem identification sessions to determine current process and recommending future process state. It also includes identifying and documenting processes through interviews and observation and reviewing and analyzing existing workflows and systems. It also includes using a deep knowledge/experience with best practice HR process to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of those improvements.This role will work closely with IT to translate business flow into systems requirements. They will facilitate the development of people reports and other types of analytics within and outside of our HRIS. In doing this, they will work with key stakeholders to determine metrics and produce the needed data. Other key responsibilities include driving the department budget development process and providing monthly budget reporting support
Experience10 - 12 years related professional experienceComplete understanding of and application of concepts, techniques and standards in HR and business analysis7+ years of experience in documenting processes, methods and solutions Interpretive skills ' translates business processes and requirements into system needs.Broad based knowledge and experience working with HRIS applications and developing needed reporting capabilities
