HVAC- CSR/Inside Sales Rep

Virginia Air Distributors, Inc is a leading HVAC wholesale distributor with 14 branch locations in 5 states.  We are a dynamic and growing distributorship second to none in the HVAC industry when it comes to taking care of our customers.  Our customers have come to expect more from us. 

We have a position open in our North Richmond Branch.  The Customer Service Rep Position comes with a very high expectations within our company.  This is a unique blend of telephone service, product knowledge and the ability to handle walk-in customers as needed.  The ability to multi-task and enjoy interaction with people are a must.

Some key responsibilities in this role include: Support of the sales team at the branch by completing sales quotes, customer orders and providing general product knowledge assistanceMaintain Customer relationships and address & resolve customer issues in a timely mannerData entry and ability to research a database for parts & equipment to process ordersKnowledge of HVAC industry is not required, but strongly preferred

Two plus years of customer service experience is required, and an Associates Degree is preferred but not required.
