Our business is the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Systems.


We are looking for candidates with knowledge and expertise in the following:

HVAC Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Basic Safety, Documentation Skills, Conceptual Skills, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Lifting, Climbing, Roof and Ladder Work, Job Knowledge, Productivity, Clean PA Driver's License.


Job Purpose:

Maintain environmental conditions by installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintain records.


Duties:

Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gather required materials.


Establish environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; complete power connections.


Test and repair environmental systems by operating the systems; identify malfunctions; repair or replace sealants, parts, and components.


Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance; call for repairs.

Document actions by completing equipment records.


Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations.


Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read technical publications.


Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
