Position Description

Do you enjoy working with people and have knowledge of how homes are built and maintained?  Are you detail oriented, good at organizing your time, and able to manage the work of others?

 

If you do, we have an opportunity for you as a Homecare™ Manager, working closely with our team to ensure that our homes are delivered complete and with a smile.  Homes are most often the biggest purchase of a person’s life, and you’ll work to make that dream come true and make it enjoyable from the day they our homeowners first move in and afterwards.  A company vehicle is provided for this position too.

 

To be successful as a Homecare™ Manager you have got to be able to work on your own, be well organized, and committed to excellence.  

 

Requirements 

Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships in a complex, fast-paced environment including the demonstrated ability to directly communicate with customers.

 

Demonstrated knowledge of general construction practices.

 

Demonstrated ability to manage others including scheduling, and quality assurance.
