Inside Sales (San Antonio, TX)

Large and growing, profitable, electrical equipment distributor with an excellent reputation seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a key sales position on our team.  The successful candidate will have a history of at least 4 years in building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  Knowledge and sales experience in industrial/commercial electrical equipment industry is preferred. Open-ended compensation structure includes base salary plus commissions. Excellent income potential!

 

Essential Functions and Experience:

 Verifiable four plus years sales experience in the electrical equipment or related industry; Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan; Successful commission sales experience; Established client base in the area is desired; Initiate and control sales processes in an organized manner to develop business with new clients; Project a positive, professional presence in the sales and negotiation process to maximize revenues and profits; Good closing skills and able to multi-task effectively. Work closely with others, where necessary, to prepare estimates and quotes for potential customers. Provide weekly progress reports to the President ; Research and recommend additional potential customer markets and market segments; Computer literate and functional.
