In a nutshell:  You will be responsible for the handling and disposition of all leads - the lifeblood of the company.  We seek someone with great phone skills and experience confirming, assigning and resulting leads.  NO SELLING INVOLVED!

 

Additionally you will be working within a state of the art data system so you need to be very good with computers and data entry.

 

You should know that this is an important position in our company and a genuine unique opportunity.

 

We seek a professional, career-minded, goal-oriented person that can help us grow and who can grow with us.  This is not an entry level position and requires a minimum of 1-3 years experience confirming leads by phone or extensive experience solving problems and talking to customers or clients by phone.

 

You should have multi-tasking capabilities and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. 

 

Another aspect of your job will be to help us to market to our customer base.  This is done by mailings, internet and phone work. Contacting our existing customer base is a great way to generate additional leads and additional business for the company. 

The ideal candidate will be positive, upbeat, creative, have lots of physical energy and have a strong desire to succeed.

Background: Atlas Home Improvement, LLC is located in Whitmore Lake, MI.  We are a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar, family-owned company in the Building Products & Home Improvement Industry.  (Our business is concentrated in the following counties: (Livingston/Washtenaw/Oakland/Wayne).  Some of our products are nationally advertised and recognized. 

Other products and services are proprietary, developed in-house, unique and available only through us.  We have aggressive goals for 2008 and that’s where you come in. 

 

 

Requirements: 

*  Local resident and U.S. citizen (not out-of-state or in the process of moving into area)

*  Some college is preferred but not required, more important to us is real world experience, a great attitude and a genuine appreciation of this wonderful opportunity

*  Full Time and Part Time schedules available

*  Full Time schedule is 12-8 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm

*  Excellent written & verbal command of the English language

*  Leadership, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

*  Experience preferred in all areas of office work & great computer and internet skills 

*  Positive, upbeat, inspirational personality
