DH Pace Company has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager.  You will have the chance to lead and further develop the sales professionals in our KC Overhead Door Division as well as personally manage 5 to 10 key accounts.  If you enjoy managing, mentoring and have a solid track record in Business to Business Sales and Sales Management, we will be excited to talk to you.  Our industry lends to calling on commercial, industrial and contractor accounts, as we sell, install and service all types of commercial doors and door products.  If you have prior experience in a similar industry…that is highly preferred.

 

Requirements:

 

·  Ideal experience will include development and implementation of successful sales and marketing programs

·  Prior Sales Management experience and preferably even Branch Management/Operations Management experience.

·  Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills and have successfully managed more than 5 sales reps. 

· Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of five (5) years experience managing outside sales representatives; familiarity with construction/industrial products and services highly preferred. 

·  Must successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
