Maintenance Technician

At Dominium Management Services, Inc. opportunities are unlimited!  We are the largest, privately held, multi-family development and Management Company in Minnesota.  We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our community in Wausau. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property. Previous property management maintenance experience, HVAC and boilers license preferred.  Basic electrical, plumbing and painting required.  Must be available to work on-call and evenings/weekends.  Must provide own tools.
