DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1901, Foxworth-Galbraith is a leading provider of Construction Solutions and building products to Builder Clients.  We have an opening for a Manufacturing Manager in the Colorado Springs, Colorado market.

This position is responsible for managing and directing resources in the Colorado Springs market to provide manufactured products that include trusses and wall panels as part of Foxworth-Galbraith Solutions to builder clients. 

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a General Manager of a truss manufacturing operation (minimum volume of $8 million.).

To successfully perform the specific activities required in this position, candidates must demonstrate the following competencies associated with this position’s Ideal Profile:Manufacturing Management – Manages production output to identify and solve production issues.  Sets up, operates, monitors, controls and improves manufacturing processes and schedules to improve the overall operational performance of manufacturing plant operations. Compliance – Ensures compliance with all corporate financial, regulatory, safety, human resources, and service policies and procedures. Industry Knowledge – Maintains current knowledge on design trends, industry standards, best practices and applicable legal requirements. Manufacturing Procedures: Implements standard manufacturing procedures across all operational units.
