Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer

Clark Realty Capital and affiliates seek a fulltime Marketing Associate with 0-3 years experience in graphic design, marketing, corporate communications, and proposal work.  This individual would assist our Marketing Coordinator in day-to-day projects involving online and print media, internal and external communications, awards/rankings, media relations, events, proposals/presentations, and other company-wide promotion.

 

Responsibilities shall include:Preparing customized brochures and print materials for new business development Assisting with copywriting, layout, and distribution of internal newsletters and other communications Identifying and performing website updates Working with web developer to design, organize, and write copy for property web sites Coordinating and assisting with proposals and presentations Soliciting and managing project photography Preparing award and ranking submissions Maintaining accurate company statistics and project data Assisting with annual trade shows and numerous recruiting presentations including booth designs and giveaways  Managing event planning for company-wide meetings, groundbreakings, and ribbon-cuttings Responding to general marketing inquiries

 

We are seeking an individual with graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) who is open to handling a wide range of marketing responsibilities.  The individual needs to be highly organized, able to handle multiple high-priority tasks, able to interact effectively with high-level/senior leadership and VIP clientele, and able to write well. This position interacts with many employees in our organization, so good "customer service" and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Must have 4-year degree.  A BA or higher in graphic design, journalism, marketing, or communications preferred.  Real estate, construction, architecture, or engineering industry experience a plus.
