MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying & developing new business opportunities, developing and tracking metrics for measuring effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts, and growing client & business relationships.  Successful candidate will have ability to define and implement a program for optimal results.

 

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; minimum 5 years experience in construction or related industry; Thorough knowledge of marketing functions plus the ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written, is essential;  Ability to design and execute effective proposals and presentations; Proficient in ACT! Software as well as Microsoft Office.
