Individual will develop technical requirements for the various components that comprise CPM and IT department needs. This includes leading cross-functional work sessions, facilitating issue resolution, documenting requirements, developing process flows, and identifying action items.  II.  Duties and Responsibilities ·  Define SOW (Statement of Work) for our programming resources and be capable of being liaison on communication between programmers and customers.·  Collect and write concise, logical, grammatically correct routine business requirements, and adhere to the SDLC methodology and requirement standards throughout project·  Actively participate in revising the SDLC to meet team goals.·  Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. ·  Conduct “Off-the-shelf” technology analysis against business functionality and requirements·  Review and participate in unit and user acceptance testing as needed to ensure project success Other:  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products and Microsoft Project  Visio Professional experience a plus  III. Qualifications ·  Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience and training·  A team player, focused on quality of deliverables, a good understanding of the processes of analyzing, specifying, and testing IS systems.·  Must have excellent consultative and communication skills and must be able to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.·  Individual must be analytical and multi-disciplined to provide research, analysis, support and documentation for IT/Business concerns. ·  Results oriented, a logical and analytical mind, capable of multi-tasking, strong influencing and negotiating skills·  Working knowledge of Windows, Networking and MS office suite applications.·  Database Skills/Experience: Demonstrated ability and experience in understanding SQL relational database table structure and applicable testing standards·  Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to work independently on multiple on-going projects/tasks. Minimum Requirements: Ø Two (2) years software development experience in a client/server model/architecture   or  Ø Three (3) years SDLC project experience in business requirement gathering, construction of process flows, use cases, state diagrams, data models, reports, screen shots, storyboarding etc;   IV.  Reports To:  Director - Information Technology  Please send your resume to:  bhawkes@palmharbor.com    Company:Palm Harbor Homes Email:Apply by Email Reference Code:BSA
