Job Summary:
The Sales Professional is responsible for achieving their annual sales, Realtor, referral and customer satisfaction objectives.  Own the processing of all customers from sale to close.  Drives results in the areas of Sales Process, Realtor Program, Referrals, Franchise Management and Customer Service.  Implement the Sales Professional Operational Excellence Standards.
