Job Purpose:

Maintains office operations for small landscape design firm. Seeking hard working individual with good people skills and abilty to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Duties will include:

Receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items using automobile; serving customers; scheduling appointments; typing proposals; answering phones; forwarding messages; and confirming customer appointments.
