Working in a small casual office environment, responsibilities for this career Administrative Assistant position include:


* Answering incoming phone calls from field crew employees
* Preparing customer quotes
* Matching invoices to purchase orders
* Ordering equipment for projects (forklifts, etc) and negotiating pricing with vendors
* Coordinating travel arrangement for field crew staff including hotels or long term apartments


Qualified candidates will have administrative support experience in a small office environment ideally in the construction or manufacturing fields.  Must have strong customer service skills in communicating with internal employees and vendors as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
