Pasko Properties, LLC is an experienced, established company providing a wide variety of services to Realtors, Bankers, Homeowners and Real Estate Investors throughout Michigan. We are based in Charlevoix, however, have the resources in place to assist property owners throughout the State.

We are seeking aggressive, proven, forward thinking salespeople interested in tapping into a virtually endless market. Every property, whether privately or bank owned, is a potential commission opportunity.

As a Pasko Properties independent sales associate you will have the opportunity to market the core services listed below in addition to the full range of other services we provide.

* Distressed (foreclosed) Property Services including trash-out, clean-out, re-key, repairs and maintenance.

* Property Management - Absentee owner, vacation, commercial, residential, tenant screening, rent collection, etc.

* Residential and Commercial Property Inspections.

* Home Improvements - All types of property improvements including interior/exterior painting, carpeting, cleaning, misc. repairs, etc.

* Property Maintenance - Lawn maintenance, snowplowing.

The income potential is unlimited and you will be able to work around your schedule and base your efforts out of your home office. There are not a specific number of hours required to be worked each week, however, the more time devoted to marketing/face time with potential clients the greater your commission opportunities. (A minimum of 20 hours of available time per week is preferred.) Success is limited only by the determination and drive of each associate. Additionally, we are open to any ideas and thoughts on how to more effectively grow our business together with you. As our sales associates succeed/grow so does Pasko Properties.

Concurrent jobs are acceptable. You must have reliable transportation.

Outside sales experience is highly beneficial and recommended. Training to familiarize sales associates with Pasko Properties and all our services will be provided. Marketing materials will be provided.

These positions provide an outstanding commission only structure with bonuses to start, however, salary plus commission is possible within 3-6 months.

Since these positions do not involve selling real estate it is not necessary to have a license.
