Outside Sales Representative - Fencing

We are currently looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage sales revenue from new and existing accounts.  The candidate will work out of the Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID offices.  This is a great position for someone who likes to be out in the community.  The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a quota based, performance driven environment and possess the following:Self-motivation with excellent time management skillsExcellent customer service skillsSales ExperienceSteel background and/or construction/fence sales background helpfulExceptional work ethic and personal integrityValid driver’s license & proof of insurabilityIndividual needs to supply their own vehicle and clean driving recordCompany is a Drug Free Workplace with random drug and alcohol testing in place

RequirementsGenerate leads through planning and persistent cold calling (on the phone and face-to-face) and networkingPresents information effectively and persuasively to customersCloses the sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the customer toward commitmentMaintain favorable customer contact to ensure customer satisfaction and to establish references and referralsSet and meet sales growth goals and objectivesTravel Track, enter and update daily sales activities, leads, pipeline into sales tracking systemWillingness to learn and be coachedBuilding and maintaining lasting relationships with customers in a wide range of industries
