PROJECT COORDINATOR / ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK

Job Purpose:

Provides administrative support to Project Managers in architectural millwork projects through managing data input to the Timberline system, setting up job folders, obtaining required insurance certifications, product and color samples and other additional requirements as assigned.

Duties:

* Attend and take notes at project hand off meetings.

* Possess a general knowledge of millwork fabrication.

* Review and understand project documents and CIMI's proposals.

* Contact potential sub contractors to help complete our scope and obtain estimates.

* Assist Project Manager  in maintaining the project file and assure that necessary information is obtained.

* Coordinate and manage information flow to sub contractors.

 *Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees.

* Assists Project Manager in the provision of all close out and warranty documentation in accordance with the customers specifications.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

* Ability to succeed in a high pressure environment.

* Accuracy, Organizational, Accounting and Management Skills

* Time Management and Customer Service skills.

* Ability to work with limited supervision.

* Proficient in use of Personal Computer and various software packages including, but not limited to AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Skilled in use of Internet and E-mail.

* Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

* Professional in appearance.
