A leading marble and granite installation firm is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Operations on various projects. Planning for projects Organization of projects Coordinate all proposals Take offs Create and monitor budgets on various projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BS/BA in Architecture or Engineering5+ years working with marble and granite companies Experience in construction commercial works.

QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong organizational, time management skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies and the ability to meet deadlines. Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3+ years of proven estimating experience. Strong work ethic and professional presentation is a must.
