Payroll Administrator

We are currently in need of a Payroll Administrator in our Corporate office. Main responsibilities will be to process payroll for 200+ employees including collecting, calculating and inputting time cards.  Will also assist with:



* Reconciling payroll reports
* Reviewing payroll for accuracy and verifying the integrity of pay data
* Entering new hires, processing all pans

* Employment verifications, attendance and maintaining employee files 
* Daily garnishment mail and correspondences
* Other duties as assigned



Requirements
***Must have 3-4 years experience in payroll***

Ideal candidate must also:

* Have knowledge of all payroll issues to ensure compliance with federal & state laws
* Have the ability to meet deadlines
* Have strong attention to detail
* Have aptitude for problem solving
* Have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling information
* Have a minimum of intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
* Be detail oriented, well organized, multi-task oriented and be a team player

***Prior experience with piece work and prevailing wage is strongly preferred***
