This position is responsible for performing all relevant functions in preparation of all Installer payroll for various branch locations in addition to properly job costing all completed jobs.  Specifically as a payroll specialist responsible for the install department and job costing your role will include:Processes payroll records for new employees, including W4 information; sends updated employee rosters to managersUtilizes eTIME to monitor payroll information input by Install department. Checks with department manager if any discrepancies.Responsible for timely and accurate distribution of relevant payroll checksMakes any required changes to employee information such as change of address, withholding, or other deductions.Prepares manual payroll checks as required in case of payroll errors or terminations Tracks sick, personal and vacation time on payroll records.Handles various payroll adjustments, e.g., shortages, garnishments, manual computation of gross and net pay, vacation pay, bonuses, etcDaily maintenance of Install department related spreadsheetsJob costing Maintaining inventory sheetsAccurately coding and reconciling of inventory invoicesQualified candidates will have:Previous payroll experience, preferably with exposure to ADPPrevious job costing experienceExcellent team player attitude and willingness to take a project and run with itFlexible and adaptable to a fast growing companyIn addition to competitive wages our team enjoys a comprehensive benefit package including company paid medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k with company match, $5000 tuition reimbursement, life insurance, employee assistance plan and employee discounts.
