Payroll/Benefits Representative

 

Pro-Build, the country’s largest national supplier to builders, contractors, and project oriented consumers for building material solutions, has an immediate opportunity for a  Payroll/Benefit Representative at our Regional Corporate Office located in Lacey, Washington.

 

Duties: Compute wages, post wage data to payroll records.Prepare payroll related reports. Maintain employee files. Prepare monthly medical and life insurance reports. Assist employees with payroll and/or benefit related concerns.

Requirements:Must have experience with ADP. Previous experience with ReportSmith preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable assisting a vast number of employees with miscellaneous HR policy questions/issues pertaining to medical, dental, 401k, as well as leaves of absence. Minimum of 2 years hands on HR experience, preferably in the benefits administration area. Above average communication skills and the ability to work with both employees and managers while conveying a positive and professional image. Must be proficient in MS Office software.Ability to read, write, speak and translate Spanish and English fluently preferred.
