MINIMUM TRAINING/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

We are looking for someone who has the ability to sell the job and close the sale with experience in residential and/or commercial service and repair. We have ongoing training for the equipment and the procedures that we perform. We are looking for someone with experience to work on residential and/or commercial gas and electrical hot water heaters, replacement of tub and shower valves, residential repiping, gas tests, sewer and drain cleaning, general replacement of kitchen sinks, bathtubs, commodes and lavatories. You must have the ability to sell. We use a national pricing manual. You look up a job in the pricing manual, give the customer an up front price and perform the work with pride in a professional manner. You must be a team player, and be able to work with others as a team. We have over 13 other cash bonuses for selling plumbing products.

 

Applicants must have a current Journeyman or Master’s license, a valid drivers license and clean driving record. You must be well groomed and have a neat, clean appearance and be drug free.
