Project Coordinator Opportunity in San Francisco! THE COMPANYOur client is a full service General Contractor that has worked exclusively and successfully in the San Francisco and the greater Bay Area for 53 years. They have over 40 years of combined construction management and construction experience for healthcare, laboratory, education, multi-unit residential and commercial facilities. Join this team of professionals as they continue to expand their client base in Northern California. Full service general contractor offering Preconstruction, Construction services and Construction Management services. The majority of projects include Preconstruction Services. Planning is extremely important to this GC and to ensure a smooth transition into the Construction phase, the Preconstruction team follows through to construct the same project. QUALIFICATIONSCandidates should be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of related experience providing administrative support preferably in the construction industry. The qualified candidate will be self-directed and work equally well as part of a team, will have an ability to learn detailed procedures and uses initiative to decide what, when and how. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.  THE POSITIONSupports project management; processes and tracks project documents; communicates information to architects and subcontractors; and maintains job files. Work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
