We currently have an opening in our Charlotte, NC office for a Project Coordinator.

Job Description:Direct report to the Charlotte, NC Regional Manager. Assist Regional Manager and Project Managers. Answer phones and communicate with customers, insurance adjusters and sub contractors Organize and maintain office & job files. Enter data in systems including job estimates. Process billing and assist with collections. Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.  Ability and willingness to participate in all training in regard to company and industry standards.

Qualifications:Computer literate - systems oriented Good communication and customer service skills Be highly organized Energetic 'can do' attitude and be willing to 'do what it takes'! Training in our industry and company standards will be provided.  Team player
